Taking care of someone with an eating disorder can be physically, psychologically and emotionally exhausting. This impacting not only on your own mental health and wellbeing, but also your relationships, your work, your family, your life.

Where do you express your fear, anger, guilt and loss you have experienced on this journey. Support sessions focused around moving on are just as valuable and important to give you reflection and closure.
